LAKR will be taking on the Seattle Orcas in their fifth and final game of this season of MLC at the Church Street Park stadium. The Knights would be looking to make the most of this opportunity and finish the season with a resounding victory.
There have been so many instances where the Knights have shown promise and fought hard throughout the tournament. Right from Andre Russell’s exquisite ball-striking, to Adam Zampa’s impressive ability to pick up wickets consistently, there have been so many moments to cherish. The results may not have been in their favour but the Knights can hold their heads high on the efforts they’ve put in.
The previous game against WF, also gave a lot of confidence to the players where they recovered from a tough situation at the start and put a commanding total on the board. LAKR made sure that they come back into the game constantly. With the ball in hand, they didn’t have an ideal start but again made sure they pulled the game back and made the opposition really work to get the runs. The Knights would be hoping things fall in their favour with all the departments clicking at once, resulting in a victory to end the season.
