The Los Angeles Knight Riders take on Washington Freedom next, at the Church Street Park stadium. The Knights showed a lot of fight in their last game and came tantalizingly close to victory. LAKR would be hoping to give their best shot and get over the line against WF and make a statement.

The Knights would take plenty of positives from the last game. Jason Roy, who was playing his first game, provided a brilliant start to the innings for LAKR. The English opener would be eager to continue his great run of form and contribute to the team. Andre Russell, has been the stand-out for the Knights throughout the tournament. Dre-Russ, has smashed the ball to all parts of the ground against almost every opposition he’s faced. Moreover Nitish Kumar’s quick-fire innings would fill him with confidence, to make it big in the next game.

The LAKR bowling has been top-notch, throughout the season. The spin department has excelled with Narine and Zampa picking up a lot of wickets and the pace-bowling, has been effective with Ali Khan and Lockie Ferguson being extremely accurate. The Knights would be raring to go and hoping that all the three departments come together really well, resulting in a sweet victory.
