Los Angeles Knight Riders entered their clash against Seattle Orcas riding high on confidence after a commanding victory in their season opener. Having made the perfect start to their MLC 2026 campaign, LAKR were determined to carry that momentum forward and make it two wins from two. With a squad packed with match-winners and a strong blend of experience, power and all-round talent, the Knight Riders looked ready for another big performance. After being put into bat, LAKR came out with positive intent and immediately put the Seattle Orcas bowlers under pressure. It was the "Spiceman" Andre Fletcher who set the tone for the innings, taking the aggressive route from the outset and dispatching the ball to all corners of the ground. While wickets fell at regular intervals, the Knight Riders batters refused to take their foot off the accelerator.
